How will I have to pay my employee?
For seasonal or short term contracts, we strongly recommend the payment through Chèque Emploi Service Universel. It is an easy system following the Labor Law and avoiding a lot of administrative hassle.
It is also possible to set up a normal labor contract. We work together with specialized lawyers who can help. 

What is Chèque Emploi Service Universel (CESU) and why is it an interesting system?
Chèque emploi service universel (CESU) offers to pay and declare household staff. It follows the Labor Law with less administrative hassle and avoids black market.
If you declare taxes in France, employment charges are 50% deductible per year.
The employee is insured in case of labor accident, sick-leave, retirement, as any other worker.
