How is a recruitment coordinated with Perlerare?
After assessment of your initial application and your experience in the respective field of interest, you will have a first interview by phone and if applicable, a follow-up interview in person or via video conference. Finally, we will present to the actual employer a selection of candidates from which they can choose.
What do I need to bring along for an interview with your recruitment consultant?
Relevant certificates
Your ID card/passport
A photo, if possible
Your national insurance number (carte vitale)
A resumé
Written references letters with phone numbers of referees
Driver's license (if you have one)
Do you always check our references?
Yes. Following the registration interview we will then check your references. Once this is completed to our satisfaction, we will then be able to issue a recommendation to the employer for the discussed position.
Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
Yes you can.
Who will become my employer?
We are specialized in recruitment but we won't be your employer. Our clients trust us to find the right person for the position they offer, and they become the employer once the recruitment is confirmed.
How do I get paid?
For seasonal or short term positions, you might receive payrolls through the Chèque Emploi Service Universel system (CESU). The CESU is a viable way to prevent black market labour, and is commonplace for household positions in France. You will be insured for labor accidents, sick-leaves, retirement, and unemployment, as any other employee.
We also set up standardized employment contracts that you and your new employer need to sign, if applicable.
